Contents

This program initiated by the Rhone-Alps Region and supported by regional financing consists in welcoming an expert in Rhone-Alps (the head of a network) to speak on his theme of expertise for 3 to 5 days.
The arrival of an expert is comprised of three main parts:

• Preparation (preparation in conjunction with an ERAI office abroad and the cluster(s) in Rhone-Alps concerned and identification of the precise objectives of the mission and the areas favorable for partnering
• Welcome (dedicated meetings in Rhone-Alps, site visits, roundtables, etc... with accompaniment by ERAI)
• Follow-up (follow-up on projects identified and integration in the “Rhone-Alps Cluster Ambassadors” network).

Profile of the expert and conditions of validation

Acceptance of experts is subject to validation after submitting the expert’s CV and needs / expectations / motivations. By participating, the expert commits to having regular exchanges with the Rhone-Alps Region coordinated by the local ERAI location involved.

Accompaniment offered
What is taken in charge during this stay, which lasts between 3 and 5 days depending on the project, includes the expert’s travel costs from the country of origin, accommodation, meals and transportation in Rhone-Alps, the organization of the program and dedicated meetings as well as personalized accompaniment by ERAI to all the scheduled venues.
